Subscription Services

Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges
• Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice
• Automatic renewal unless canceled before renewal date
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion.

User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing our Services.

Content Guidelines

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario.
